Meet Our Management Team

A desire to impact

When Pinsoft Founder and CEO, Kemal Akaltun, parted ways from his role as Head of Development at Hitit CS, one of the world’s largest travel IT solutions providers, and whom Pinsoft is a proud solutions partner, his vision was to establish a team where each member of the group would embrace client projects as if they were the project owner, no matter what their role.

Even before COVID-19, our teams were working remotely. And while this has its benefits, it requires a certain type of discipline.

Soft skills are just as important as technical skills.

Working at distance means you must be adaptable and have even more of a teamwork ethic. Interpersonal skills, communication and feedback are paramount, so deadlines aren’t missed.

No matter where you’re based - and you may be required to travel to customer locations from time to time - if you deliver consistent, quality work, there will be opportunities to work on a variety of exciting projects.
